We pride ourselves on offering a quality service to each customer, so we therefore do not ask our customers to sign binding contracts. We only require you to sign a service agreement confirming the 1st service and the agreed rates going forward.
ALL SERVICE WORK IS CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH BS 5306: PART 3 BY FETA (Fire Extinguishers TRades Association) QUALIFIED SERVICE ENGINEERS.
Standard Service
This is where you pay a nominal charge for the inspection of each extinguisher and all spares and refills are charged for in addition to the individual unit price.
Premium Service
This service is based on a fully comprehensive service where the agreed unit price per extinguisher includes the cost of all spares, refill and discharge testing regarding of type.
Premium PLUS
This service is based on a fully comprehensive service where the agreed unit price per extinguisher includes the cost of all spares, refill and discharge testing regarding of type.
And in addition ALL condemned/unserviceable extinguishers are replaced FREE OF CHARGE with a brand new equivalent extinguisher. We also offer within this service to replace a minimum of 10% of your existing extinguishers with NEW to ensure a constant ongoing upgrade of your equipment.
